Abubuwan da ke Shafar Ayyukan Enzyme
Ayyukan enzyme na iya shafar dalilai daban-daban na muhalli, gami da:
– pH: Yawancin enzymes suna nuna ingantaccen aiki a cikin takamaiman kewayon pH. Canje-canje a cikin pH na iya shafar tsarin enzyme, musamman a wurin aiki.
