1. Menene kwamitin sarrafa injin turbin iska?

2. Manyan ayyukan kwamitin sarrafawa

Gabaɗaya, kwamitin kula da injin turbine na iska yana yin ayyuka masu mahimmanci da dama:

1. Kulawa
Yana tattara bayanai daga na'urori masu auna sigina: saurin iska, alkiblar iska, zafin jiki, girgiza, saurin rotor, ƙarfin lantarki, halin yanzu, da kuma yanayin sassan.

2. Sarrafawa
Kayyade ayyukan atomatik: lokacin da injin turbine ya fara juyawa da samar da wutar lantarki, lokacin da za a tsaya, da kuma yadda za a kiyaye juyawar rotor a cikin amintaccen kewayon.

3. Kariya
Yana dakatar da aiki idan akwai yanayi masu haɗari kamar yawan wutar lantarki, ƙarfin lantarki mai yawa, zafin jiki mai yawa, girgiza mara kyau, saurin gudu, ko gazawar tsarin sauti/yaw.

4. Haɗin grid (biyan ka'idojin grid)
Sarrafa daidaitawa da ingancin wutar lantarki don biyan buƙatun grid (mita, ƙarfin lantarki, ƙarfin wutar lantarki, da ikon hawa ta hanyar yayin rikice-rikice).

5. Sadarwa da tattara bayanai
Aika bayanai zuwa cibiyar kula da bayanai (SCADA), adana tarihin ƙararrawa, abubuwan da suka faru, da kuma aiki don nazarin kulawa.

3. Abubuwan da ke cikin kwamitin sarrafawa

Duk da cewa ƙirar kowane masana'anta ta bambanta, bangarorin sarrafa injin turbine na iska galibi sun haɗa da:

a) PLC ko babban mai sarrafawa
PLC cibiyar dabaru ce da ke karɓar bayanai na firikwensin da kuma tuƙa masu kunna wutar lantarki. PLC tana aiwatar da algorithms na sarrafawa bisa ga sigogin da aka tsara, gami da dabarun aminci.

b) HMI (Injin Dan Adam)
HMI allo/tashar da ke ba wa masu fasaha damar duba yanayin injin turbine, ƙararrawa, da kuma yin saitunan da kuma ganewar asali. A kan manyan injin turbine, HMI galibi ana haɗa shi da tsarin SCADA.

c) Injin canza wutar lantarki/mai canza wutar lantarki
Yawancin injinan turbines na zamani suna amfani da na'urar canza wutar lantarki (rectifier-DC link-inverter) don canza wutar lantarki daga janareta zuwa wutar lantarki mai jituwa da grid. Wannan bangaren yana da alaƙa da sarrafa mita, ƙarfin lantarki, da kuma ƙarfin lantarki.

d) Na'urori masu mahimmanci
Wasu na'urori masu auna firikwensin gama gari:
- Anemometer (gudun iska) da kuma na'urar auna iska (alkiblar iska)
- Na'urar firikwensin saurin rotor (RPM)
- Akwatin gear, mai ɗaukar kaya, janareta, na'urori masu auna zafin jiki na mai canzawa
- Na'urar firikwensin girgiza don gano lalacewa da wuri
- Na'urori masu auna wutar lantarki da na yanzu don sa ido kan wutar lantarki
- Iyakance maɓallan da masu ɓoye bayanai don matsayin firam da yaw

e) Tsarin sarrafa sitiyari
Kula da firikwensin yana daidaita kusurwar ruwan wukake dangane da iska. Yawanci yana amfani da injin lantarki ko tsarin hydraulic. Kula da firikwensin yana da mahimmanci don kiyaye fitarwar wutar lantarki da hana wuce gona da iri a cikin iska mai ƙarfi.

f) Tsarin sarrafa Yaw
Ikon sarrafa yawu yana juya nacelle don haka na'urar juyawa tana fuskantar iska. Faifan sarrafawa yana daidaita injin yawu bisa ga bayanai daga na'urar rage iska, yayin da yake hana farautar yawu da yawa, wanda zai iya hanzarta lalacewa.

g) Kariyar lantarki da aminci
Waɗannan sun haɗa da MCBs/MCCBs, relay masu kariya, masu haɗa na'urori, SPDs (kariyar ƙaruwa), tsarin ƙasa, da tsarin dakatar da gaggawa. Yawancin injinan turbine suna da dabaru na aminci mai yawa don ayyuka masu mahimmanci.

h) Tsarin shafawa da sanyaya
Ƙungiyar sarrafawa tana sarrafa famfon man shafawa na gearbox, fanka mai sanyaya, da tsarin hita don kiyaye abubuwan da ke cikin yanayin zafi mai kyau, musamman a wurare masu sanyi/danshi.

4. Yadda kwamitin sarrafawa ke aiki a cikin zagayowar aiki na injin turbine

a) Yanayin jira da kuma dubawa na farko
Idan injin turbine ɗin baya aiki, kwamitin sarrafawa yana cikin yanayin jiran aiki. Yana ci gaba da sa ido:
- saurin iska (ya kai ga saurin da aka ƙayyade),
- yanayin tsarin wutar lantarki,
- zafin mai da matsin lamba,
- yanayin sadarwa da firikwensin.

Kafin farawa, kwamitin sarrafawa yana yin duba kansa. Idan duk sigogi suna da aminci, ana ba da damar injin turbine ya yi aiki.

b) Fara aiki: daga iska zuwa juyawar rotor
Idan gudun iska ya wuce saurin da aka yanke (misali 3–4 m/s, ya danganta da ƙirar), sashin sarrafawa yana fara aikin farawa:
1. Tsarin yaw yana daidaita alkiblar nacelle don fuskantar iska.
2. An saita kusurwar bugun ruwan wuka zuwa matsayin da ke samar da ƙarfin farko.
3. Na'urar juyawa ta fara juyawa; na'urar firikwensin RPM tana tabbatar da hanzari.
4. Janareta da na'urar canza wutar lantarki sun fara daidaita samar da wutar lantarki.

A kan injinan turbines masu amfani da na'urorin juyawa, kwamitin sarrafawa yana tabbatar da cewa ƙarfin wutar lantarki na haɗin DC yana da ƙarfi kuma inverter ɗin yana shirye don samar da wutar lantarki ga grid ɗin.

c) Aiki na yau da kullun: inganta wutar lantarki da kwanciyar hankali
A cikin iska mai matsakaicin iska, manufar sarrafawa ita ce ƙara yawan kuzari yayin da ake kula da nauyin injina. Faifan sarrafawa zai:
- daidaita sautin don kiyaye mafi kyawun juyawar rotor,
- sarrafa mai canza don fitarwa ta bi ƙa'idodin grid,
- saka idanu kan yanayin zafi da girgiza,
- daidaita yaw lokaci-lokaci yayin da iska ke canzawa.

A wannan matakin, tsarin yawanci yana amfani da dabaru kamar Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) (musamman akan injinan turbines masu saurin canzawa) don inganta shan makamashi daga iska.

d) Iska mai ƙarfi: iyakance wutar lantarki
Idan iska ta kusanci saurin iskar da aka kimanta, injin turbin ya kai ƙarfin da aka ƙayyade. Domin hana wutar ta wuce ƙarfin janareta da tsarin injina, sashin sarrafawa yana yin fitar da ƙarfi, yana juya ruwan wukake kaɗan "daga" iska, yana rage ƙarfin juyi. Ta wannan hanyar:
- wutar lantarki ta kasance kusa da ƙimar da aka yarda,
- saurin rotor baya tsalle,
- abubuwan da aka gyara suna da aminci.

e) Rufewa: yanayi mai haɗari ko iska mai ƙarfi sosai
Idan iska ta wuce saurin yankewa (misali, kimanin m25/s) ko kuma aka gano wani abu mai ban mamaki (zafin jiki fiye da kima, saurin gudu, girgiza mai yawa), kwamitin sarrafawa yana kashewa ta atomatik:
1. Ana tura bugun ruwan wuka zuwa matsayin "fuka-fukan" (kusurwar da ke rage ƙarfin iska).
2. Ana iya kunna birkin injina bisa ga tsarin.
3. Mai canza wutar lantarki yana cire hanyar samar da wutar lantarki cikin aminci.
4. Ana yin rikodin ƙararrawa kuma a aika zuwa SCADA.
5. Injin turbine ɗin yana shiga yanayin aminci har sai ya koma yadda yake a da ko kuma ƙwararren masani ya sake saita shi.

An tsara wannan tsarin rufewa don ya kasance a hankali don kada ya haifar da girgizar da ke lalata akwatin gear da tsarin hasumiya.

5. Haɗa kwamitin kulawa da SCADA da kuma kulawa

Sau da yawa ana haɗa bangarorin sarrafa injinan iska zuwa SCADA (Sarrafa Kulawa da Samun Bayanai). Ta hanyar SCADA, masu aiki za su iya:
- duba samar da wutar lantarki a ainihin lokaci,
- sa ido kan yanayin kowace injin turbin a cikin gonar iska,
- karɓar ƙararrawa ta atomatik,
- tsara lokacin kula da lafiya bisa ga bayanan yanayin (sa ido kan yanayin).

Bayanan da kwamitin kula da bayanai ya tattara suna da matukar amfani wajen kula da hasashen yanayi, misali gano alamun lalacewar bearing daga yanayin girgiza, ko matsalolin sanyaya yanayi sakamakon karuwar yanayin zafi.

6. Kalubale da fannoni na tsaro

Dole ne a yi amfani da allunan sarrafawa a cikin mawuyacin yanayi: girgiza, canjin yanayin zafi, danshi, da kuma bugun walƙiya. Saboda haka, ƙirar su ta jaddada:
- kyakkyawan tsarin kariya daga girgiza da kuma tsarin ƙasa,
- sake kunnawa akan na'urori masu auna firikwensin/masu kunna sauti,
- dabaru masu aminci ga gazawa (idan sarrafawa ta gaza, injin turbine ya shiga yanayin aminci),
- ƙa'idodin tsaron masana'antu da bin ƙa'idodin grid.

Ƙaramin kuskure a cikin sarrafa siginar sauti ko kariyar gudu fiye da kima na iya yin babban tasiri, don haka allunan sarrafawa koyaushe suna da kayan aikin tsaro da yawa.

7. Kesimpulan

Bangaren sarrafawa muhimmin sashi ne wanda ke ba da damar sarrafa injin turbin iska ta atomatik, inganci, da aminci. Ta hanyar haɗa bayanai na firikwensin, tsarin PLC, tsarin pitch da yaw, mai canza wutar lantarki, da kariyar lantarki, kwamitin sarrafawa yana kula da dukkan zagayowar rayuwar injin turbin: daga jiran aiki, farawa, aiki na yau da kullun, rage wutar lantarki yayin iska mai ƙarfi, da kuma rufewa a cikin yanayi mai haɗari. Haɗinsa da SCADA kuma yana ba da damar sa ido daga nesa da kuma kula da hasashen yanayi, yana tabbatar da cewa injin turbin iska yana samar da makamashi mai tsabta a kowane lokaci.

Idan kana so, zan iya ƙara jadawalin yadda kwamitin sarrafawa ke aiki, ko kuma in yi cikakken bayani game da bambance-bambancen da ke tsakanin bangarorin sarrafawa akan injinan turbines masu saurin canzawa da waɗanda ba sa canzawa.
