I-Polyphenylene oxide (PPO) iyipulasitiki yobunjiniyela eyaziwa ngokumelana kwayo nokushisa okuhle kakhulu, ukuzinza kobukhulu, kanye nezakhiwo zokushisa zikagesi. 2. Izinto Eziyinhloko Zokusetshenziswa

Izinto ezivame kakhulu zokusetshenziswa ekukhiqizweni kwe-PPO yi-monomer 2,6-xylenol (eyaziwa nangokuthi i-2,6-dimethylphenol). 3. Isimiso Sokusabela: I-Oxidative Polymerization

I-PPO yenziwa ngokuyinhloko nge-oxidative coupling polymerization ye-2,6-xylenol. Ngokungafani ne-add-polymerization, njenge-polyethylene, ukwakheka kwe-PPO kuhilela ukusabela kwe-oxidation okuhlanganisa amayunithi e-phenol ku-chain ye-polymer nama-ether linkers.

4. Ukuqedwa kanye nokuzinza: ukusabela kuyamiswa endaweni okuqondiwe kuyo ukuze kutholakale izakhiwo zokugeleza kokuncibilika kanye nokusebenza komshini okuhlangabezana nezidingo zohlelo lokusebenza.

Ukulawulwa kwenqubo kubalulekile. Uma ukusabela kunamandla kakhulu, ingozi yokuxhumanisa ingandisa kakhulu i-viscosity futhi yenze kube nzima ukuqhubeka nokucubungula. Uma kubuthakathaka kakhulu, isisindo sama-molecule singaba siphansi, okuholela ekunciphiseni kwamandla okusebenza.

4. Izigaba zeNqubo Yokukhiqiza ye-PPO Embonini (Ukubuka Konke Okujwayelekile)

I-monomer ixutshwa nesinyibilikisi kanye nohlelo lwe-catalyst ku-reactor evuselelwe. I-oksijini noma umoya bese kungeniswa ngesivinini esilawulwayo. Amapharamitha abalulekile afaka:
– Izinga lokushisa lokusabela,
- Ukuhlushwa kwe-monomer,
- Ukwakheka kwe-catalyst kanye ne-ligand,
- Izinga lokuhlinzekwa kwe-oksijini,
– Isikhathi sokuhlala.

Umgomo walesi sigaba ukukhiqiza isixazululo se-polymer noma i-slurry enesisindo esithile sama-molecule. Ukulawula izinga lokushisa lokusabela nakho kubalulekile ngoba ukusabela kwe-oxidative kungaba yi-exothermic.

c) Ukuqedwa Kokusabela Nokuhlukaniswa Kwe-Catalyst
Ngemva kokufinyelela isisindo sama-molecule esiqondiwe, ukusabela kuyamiswa (kucinywe) kusetshenziswa i-ejenti ethile. I-catalyst ibe isihlukaniswa noma ivalwe ukuze kuvinjelwe ukungcoliswa okwengeziwe okungalimaza ukuzinza kokushisa kwe-polymer.

d) Ukuwasha kanye nokuNyuka kwePolymer
Ama-polymer angasuswa esixazululweni kusetshenziswa izinto ezingezona izinyibilikisi bese egezwa ukuze kususwe i-monomer esele, usawoti we-catalyst, noma ezinye izinto ezingcolisayo. Isinyathelo sokuwasha sisiza ekuthuthukiseni ukuzinza kombala kanye nokusebenza kukagesi.

e) Ukomisa kanye nokwakheka kwama-Pellet
Ngemva kokuhlukaniswa, i-PPO iyomiswa ukuze kuncishiswe okuqukethwe okuguquguqukayo. Izinto ezisetshenziswayo bese zicutshungulwa nge-extruder ukuze:
- ukuhlanganiswa kwe-homogenization,
– ukwengezwa kwezithasiselo (ama-antioxidants, izinto eziqinisa ukushisa, izinto ezivimbela ilangabi),
– noma ukuxuba (isib. i-PPO/PS).
Umphumela uba yi-pellet elungele ukusetshenziswa ekubunjweni komjovo, ekukhipheni, noma kwezinye izinqubo zokwakheka.

5. Kungani i-PPO ivame ukwenziwa ngendlela yokuxuba?

I-PPO emsulwa ine-viscosity ephezulu yokuncibilika futhi kungaba nzima kakhulu ukuyicubungula. Ngakho-ke, imboni ivame ukusebenzisa izingxube ze-PPO ne-polystyrene (noma amanye ama-polymer) ukuze:
– kulula ukuphrinta (ukubumbeka okungcono),
- izindleko ezingabizi kakhulu,
– igcina ukumelana okuhle nokushisa kanye nezakhiwo zikagesi,
– izinga lokuqina nokuqina lingalungiswa ngokwezidingo.

Ukwakheka kungafaka phakathi ukuqinisa i-glass fiber ukwandisa i-modulus kanye nokuqina kobukhulu, noma izinto ezivimbela ilangabi ukuze kuhlangatshezwane nezindinganiso zokuphepha ezifana ne-UL 94 (kuye ngokuthi kusetshenzisweni kanye nemithethonqubo).

6. Ukusetshenziswa kwe-PPO embonini ye-elekthronikhi

Izinzuzo ze-PPO zivelele kakhulu embonini ye-elekthronikhi nekagesi ngenxa yokuhlanganiswa kwayo kwezakhiwo ze-dielectric, ukuzinza kobukhulu, kanye nokumelana nokushisa. Nazi ezinye zezinhlelo zayo eziyinhloko:

a) Ikheyisi Lamadivayisi E-elekthronikhi kanye Nezindlu
I-PPO isetshenziswa kabanzi ezikhwameni zamadivayisi ezidinga:
– ukumelana nokushisa kwezingxenye zangaphakathi,
– ukuzinza kobukhulu ukuze kulondolozwe ukunemba ekufakeni ibhodi lesifunda (i-PCB) kanye nezixhumi,
– ukuhlukaniswa kukagesi ukuze kuphephe.

Izibonelo: izindlu ze-adaptha, izinsiza ezithile zikagesi, izimbobo zezinsimbi zokulinganisa, kanye nezingxenye zangaphakathi zamadivayisi kagesi asekhaya.

b) Izixhumi, amasokhethi, kanye nezingxenye zokuvikela
Izingxenye ezifana nezixhumi zikagesi, amabhlogo e-terminal, ama-relay coil bobbins, kanye nama-socket zidinga izinto ezilandelayo:
– ayishintshi isimo kalula uma izinga lokushisa likhuphuka,
– inokumelana okuphezulu kukagesi,
– ukumelana nokulandelela/umcibisholo ngaphansi kwezimo ezithile (kuye ngokuthi izinto zisezingeni elingakanani kanye nezithasiselo).
I-PPO/blend PPO ivame ukukhethwa ngenxa yokusebenza kwayo okuzinzile kanye nekhono lokuphrinta imininingwane emincane ngokuhambisana okuhle.

c) Izingxenye Zezokuxhumana Nemishini Yenethiwekhi
Kumadivayisi ezokuxhumana kanye nenethiwekhi (ama-router, amaswishi, amadivayisi okusabalalisa), i-PPO isetshenziselwa izingxenye ezithile ezidinga:
– ukumelana nokushisa ngenxa yokusebenza okuqhubekayo,
– ukuzinza kobukhulu ukuze isakhiwo sangaphakathi singagobeki,
– ukumelana nemvelo (umswakama ohlobene, ukushintshashintsha kwezinga lokushisa).

d) Izingxenye Zokusekela ze-PCB kanye Nezingxenye Zokunemba
Nakuba kungeyona into eyinhloko ye-PCB, i-PPO ingasetshenziswa kuma-bracket, ozimele, kanye nasezikhungweni ezisekela ama-PCB, ikakhulukazi lapho kudingeka ukuncishiswa okuphansi kanye nokuqina. Inguqulo eqiniswe yi-fiberglass ithuthukisa ukuzinza kobukhulu, okwenza ifaneleke izingxenye ezinembile.

e) Izicelo Ezidinga Ukumelana Nomlilo
Embonini ye-elekthronikhi, izindinganiso zokuphepha emlilweni zibalulekile. Amabanga athile e-PPO aklanyelwe ukuhlangabezana nezidingo ezivimbela umlilo. Ngokwakheka okufanele, i-PPO isetshenziswa ezingxenyeni eziseduze nemithombo yokushisa, njengangaphakathi kwamadivayisi kagesi, izindawo ezithile ezivalekile, noma amamojula adinga izilinganiso zokuphepha.

7. Imikhawulo Yomklamo Nokucatshangelwa

Naphezu kwezinzuzo zayo, i-PPO ineziningana okufanele uzicabangele:
– Ukumelana nezinyibilikisi ezithile: amanye ama-hydrocarbon anuka kamnandi noma izinyibilikisi ezinamandla zingathinta izinto, ikakhulukazi ezixubeni ezithile.
– Ukuzwela ekucindezelekeni kwemvelo: umklamo kumele ugweme ukugxila okuphezulu kokucindezeleka okungabangela ukuqhekeka (ukuqhekeka kokucindezeleka) ngaphansi kwezimo ezithile.
– Ukukhetha izinga: kwezobuchwepheshe, ukukhetha izinga elinezithasiselo ezifanele (isiqinisi sokushisa, isivimbeli somlilo, i-hardener) kubalulekile empumelelweni yesicelo.

8. Isiphetho

I-Polyphenylene oxide (PPO) iyipulasitiki yobunjiniyela enenani eliphezulu ekhiqizwa nge-oxidative polymerization ye-monomer 2,6-xylenol lapho kukhona i-catalyst kanye ne-oxygen. Ngemva kokusabela, i-polymer iyahlukaniswa, ihlanzwe, yomiswe, bese ivame ukufakwa i-pellet. Ivame ukwakhiwa njengengxube yokucubungula okulula kanye nokusetshenziswa kwezimboni. Emkhakheni we-elekthronikhi, i-PPO ivelele ngezakhiwo zayo ezinhle kakhulu zokuvimbela ugesi, ukumelana nokushisa, kanye nokuqina kobukhulu, okwenza kube ukukhetha okubalulekile kwezixhumi, izindawo zokugcina amadivayisi, izingxenye zokuvimbela ugesi, kanye nezingxenye ezinembile ezidinga ukusebenza okulinganayo kanye nezindinganiso zokuphepha eziphezulu.

Uma ufisa, ngingangeza ingxenye encane enikezelwe kumapharamitha okuhlola avamile wezinto ze-PPO kuma-elekthronikhi (isb. i-CTI, i-HDT, amandla e-dielectric, i-UL 94) noma ngenze inguqulo yezemfundo kakhulu yalesi sihloko enohlu lwezincwadi.
