Indlela Yokusebenzisa I-CNC Lathe

I-lathe ye-CNC (Computer Numerical Control) iyithuluzi eliyinkimbinkimbi elivame ukusetshenziswa ezimbonini ezahlukene zokukhiqiza ukucubungula izinto ngokunemba okuphezulu. 3. Ukulungiswa Komshini

a. Ukufaka Ithuluzi Lokusika

b. Ukuhlela Izinto Zokusebenza

4. Ukufaka Uhlelo Emshinini

Ngokuvamile, ama-lathe e-CNC ane-port ye-USB noma uxhumano lwenethiwekhi lokudlulisa izinhlelo. Sebenzisa enye yalezi zindlela ukufaka ifayela lekhodi ye-G kusilawuli somshini.

5. Ukulinganisa Nokusetha

7. Ukuqala Ukusika

8. Ukuqapha Nokulungisa

Ngesikhathi senqubo, landela izinqubo zokuqapha ukuqinisekisa ukuthi ukusika kuyaqhubeka njengoba kulindelekile:
– Ukuhlolwa Okubonakalayo: Hlola ngokubonakalayo umsebenzi kanye namathuluzi okusika njalo.
– Ukuqapha Inqubo: Sebenzisa izinzwa noma amathuluzi okuqapha uma ekhona ukuqinisekisa ukuthi inqubo isebenza ngokwemigomo ebekiwe.
– I-Feedback Loop: Eminye imishini ye-CNC ethuthukisiwe inezinhlelo zokuphendula ezizenzakalelayo ezingalungisa amapharamitha okusika ngesikhathi sangempela.

9. Ukuqeda kanye nokuhlolwa kokugcina

Uma inqubo yokusika isiqediwe, yenza lezi zinyathelo ezilandelayo:

– Hlola ubukhulu kanye nekhwalithi yomsebenzi usebenzisa amathuluzi okulinganisa ngokunemba (ama-caliper, ama-micrometer, njll.).

– Yenza ukuhlolwa okuvamile kanye nokugcinwa kwezingxenye zomshini ezifana nama-spindle, ama-motor, kanye nezinhlelo zokupholisa.
