1. Kuyini i-PLC?

6. I-PLC Yokulawula Okuqondile Nokulawula Okuqhubekayo

Ukusetshenziswa kwama-PLC ekulawuleni inqubo kungahlukaniswa ngezigaba ezimbili:

b) Ukulawula Okuqhubekayo (Ukulawula i-Analog/Inqubo)
Ukulawula okuqhubekayo kuhilela iziguquguquko ze-analog futhi ngokuvamile kudinga i-algorithm efana ne-PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative). Isibonelo:
– Lawula izinga lokushisa lehhavini nge-heater kanye ne-thermocouple sensor.
– Lawula ukucindezela komusi nge-valve yokulawula.

7. Ukuhlanganiswa kwe-PLC ne-HMI kanye ne-SCADA

8. Izinzuzo Zokusebenzisa i-PLC

Ezinye zezinzuzo ze-PLC ekulawuleni inqubo yilezi:

1. Kuguquguqukayo futhi kulula ukukushintsha: Izinguquko ezinengqondo zingenziwa kalula ngohlelo, ngaphandle kwesidingo sokuqaqa izintambo ezifana nohlelo lokudlulisela.

9. Izinselele kanye nezinto okufanele uziqaphele

– Ukukhetha ihadiwe efanele: Ukukhetha okungalungile komthamo we-I/O, isivinini sokuskena, noma imodyuli ye-analog kungalimaza ukusebenza kokulawula.

Ngakho-ke, ukuhlela uhlelo lokulawula kumele kucabangele izidingo zenqubo yamanje kanye nentuthuko engaba khona yesikhathi esizayo.

10. Izibonelo zezicelo ze-PLC embonini

Ukusetshenziswa kwe-PLC kubanzi kakhulu, isibonelo:

– Imboni yokukhiqiza: Ukulawulwa komshini we-CNC, imigqa yokuhlanganisa, amarobhothi, kanye nezinhlelo zokuhambisa.
– Imboni yokudla neziphuzo: ukuhlanganisa, ukuxuba, i-CIP (ihlanzekile endaweni), ukulawulwa kokushisa kwe-pasteurization.
– Imboni yamakhemikhali: ukulawula ama-valve, amaphampu, ama-reactor, kanye nezinhlelo zokuphepha ezixhumene.
– Ukwelashwa kwamanzi: ukulawulwa kwamaphampu, ama-blower, ukulinganisa amakhemikhali, kanye namazinga edamu.
– Amandla nezinsiza: ukulawulwa kwebhoyila, ama-compressor, kanye nokusatshalaliswa kwamandla.

Ezimweni eziningi, ama-PLC ayinhliziyo yokwenza izinto ngokuzenzakalela ngoba angakwazi ukusingatha i-sequence logic, ukulawulwa kwe-analog, kanye nokuxhumana phakathi kwezinhlelo endaweni eyodwa.

Isiphetho

Ama-PLC abe ubuchwepheshe obubalulekile ekulawuleni izinqubo zezimboni ngenxa yokwethembeka kwawo, ukuguquguquka, kanye nokulula kokuhlanganiswa.
