e. I-Actuator (Into Yokushisa/Yokupholisa)
I-actuator iyithuluzi elenza isenzo esingokoqobo sokushintsha izinga lokushisa, njenge:

– isici sokushisa (isifudumezi),
- i-compressor yokupholisa,
- ifeni,
– ivalvu yokugeleza kwamanzi ashisayo/abandayo,
– I-Peltier (i-thermoelectric cooler).

Ama-actuator ngokuvamile adinga abashayeli abanjengo-relay, ama-SSR (ama-Solid State Relays), ama-TRIAC, ama-MOSFET, noma ama-contactor ukuze alawule amandla.

f. Isikhombimsebenzisi Somsebenzisi

4. Izindlela Zokulawula Ezisetshenziswa Kaningi

a. Ukulawula Ukuvutha/Ukuvala (Ukulawula Ukubhonga)
Lena indlela elula kakhulu. Uma izinga lokushisa lingaphansi kwe-setpoint, i-heater iyavulwa. Uma idlula i-setpoint, i-heater iyavalwa (noma i-cooler iyavulwa).

I-Hysteresis (ibanga lokubekezelela) ivame ukungezwa ukuvimbela i-relay ukuthi ivuleke futhi ivale njalo. Isibonelo, i-setpoint engu-30°C ene-hysteresis engu-1°C ingavula i-heater ngaphansi kuka-29°C futhi ivale ngaphezu kuka-30°C.

b. Ukulawula Okulinganayo (Ukulawula kwe-P)
Ekulawuleni okulinganiselwe, ubukhulu besenzo (isb., amandla e-heater) bulingana nephutha. Uma izinga lokushisa likude kakhulu nendawo ebekwe kuyo, kulapho amandla asetshenziswayo eba makhulu khona.

Izinzuzo:
– kuzinzile kakhulu kune-ON/OFF,
– kunciphisa ukushukuma.

Ukushoda:
– kungase kwenzeke iphutha lesimo esizinzile (izinga lokushisa lizinzile kodwa alikho ezingeni elibekiwe) ngoba isenzo siyehla njengoba iphuzu lokusetha lisondela.

c. Ukulawulwa kwe-PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative)
I-PID iyindlela ethandwa kakhulu yokulawula izinga lokushisa ledijithali ngokunembile. I-PID ibala umphumela ngokusekelwe ezingxenyeni ezintathu:

– P (Ngokulinganisela): iphendula ephutheni lamanje.
– I (Integral): iqoqa amaphutha ngokuhamba kwesikhathi ukuze isuse iphutha lesimo esizinzile.
– D (Okususelwe): ibikezela umkhuba wokushintsha kwezinga lokushisa (ngokusekelwe esilinganisweni sokushintsha), iyasiza ekuvimbeleni ukukhukhuleka ngokweqile.

Izinzuzo:
- ukunemba okuphezulu,
– ukukwazi ukugcina izinga lokushisa lizinzile,
– ifanele izinhlelo ezine-dynamics eyinkimbinkimbi.

Ukushoda:
– isidingo sokulungisa amapharamitha (Kp, Ki, Kd),
- ukuqaliswa okuyinkimbinkimbi kakhulu.

Ekusetshenzisweni kwedijithali, i-PID ivame ukusebenza ngesikhathi esithile sokuthatha isampula, njengomzuzwana owodwa. Umphumela we-PID ube ususetshenziswa ukulungisa umjikelezo womsebenzi we-PWM ku-heater noma ukulawula i-SSR ngendlela ehambisana nesikhathi (isb., VULA imizuzwana emi-3, VULA imizuzwana eyi-7 ngaphakathi kwewindi lemizuzwana eyi-10).

d. Ukulawula Okuguquguqukayo kanye ne-Fuzzy Logic
Kuzinhlelo eziguquguqukayo (isb., imithwalo yokushisa engazinzile), kungasetshenziswa ukulawula okuguquguqukayo noma okufiphele. I-Fuzzy logic ilingisa indlela abantu abenza ngayo izinqumo, isibonelo:

5. Kungani Ukulawula Kwedijithali Kunembe Kakhulu?

Abalawuli bedijithali bangcono ngezizathu eziningana:

1. Isixazululo esingcono kanye nokulinganiswa: ukufundwa kwenzwa kungacutshungulwa ngokunxephezela kanye nokuhlunga.
2. Umsindo wokuhlunga: idatha yenzwa ingahlungwa ngesofthiwe (isihlungi esihambayo, esidlula kancane) ukuze ukufunda kuzinzile.
3. I-algorithm yokulawula eguquguqukayo: ingasebenzisa i-PID, i-fuzzy, noma i-logic ekhethekile.

7. Ukusetshenziswa Kwangempela Kokulawulwa Kokushisa Kwedijithali

Ezinye izibonelo zokusetshenziswa kwayo:
