e. I-Actuator (Into Yokushisa/Yokupholisa)

- i-compressor yokupholisa,
- ifeni,
– ivalvu yokugeleza kwamanzi ashisayo/abandayo,
– I-Peltier (i-thermoelectric cooler).

a. Ukulawula Ukuvutha/Ukuvala (Ukulawula Ukubhonga)

I-Hysteresis (ibanga lokubekezelela) ivame ukungezwa ukuvimbela i-relay ukuthi ivuleke futhi ivale njalo. Isibonelo, i-setpoint engu-30°C ene-hysteresis engu-1°C ingavula i-heater ngaphansi kuka-29°C futhi ivale ngaphezu kuka-30°C.
b. Ukulawula Okulinganayo (Ukulawula kwe-P)
Ekulawuleni okulinganiselwe, ubukhulu besenzo (isb., amandla e-heater) bulingana nephutha. Uma izinga lokushisa likude kakhulu nendawo ebekwe kuyo, kulapho amandla asetshenziswayo eba makhulu khona.
Izinzuzo:
– kuzinzile kakhulu kune-ON/OFF,
– kunciphisa ukushukuma.
Ukushoda:

c. Ukulawulwa kwe-PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative)
I-PID iyindlela ethandwa kakhulu yokulawula izinga lokushisa ledijithali ngokunembile. I-PID ibala umphumela ngokusekelwe ezingxenyeni ezintathu:
– P (Ngokulinganisela): iphendula ephutheni lamanje.
– I (Integral): iqoqa amaphutha ngokuhamba kwesikhathi ukuze isuse iphutha lesimo esizinzile.
– D (Okususelwe): ibikezela umkhuba wokushintsha kwezinga lokushisa (ngokusekelwe esilinganisweni sokushintsha), iyasiza ekuvimbeleni ukukhukhuleka ngokweqile.
Izinzuzo:
- ukunemba okuphezulu,
– ukukwazi ukugcina izinga lokushisa lizinzile,
– ifanele izinhlelo ezine-dynamics eyinkimbinkimbi.
Ukushoda:
– isidingo sokulungisa amapharamitha (Kp, Ki, Kd),
- ukuqaliswa okuyinkimbinkimbi kakhulu.
Ekusetshenzisweni kwedijithali, i-PID ivame ukusebenza ngesikhathi esithile sokuthatha isampula, njengomzuzwana owodwa.
