Polyphenylene oxide (PPO) wani robobi ne na injiniya wanda aka san shi da kyakkyawan juriyar zafi, kwanciyar hankali, da kuma halayen kariya daga wuta. 2. Manyan Kayan Danye

Mafi yawan kayan da ake amfani da su wajen samar da PPO shine monomer 2,6-xylenol (wanda kuma aka sani da 2,6-dimethylphenol). Zaɓin 2,6-xylenol yana da mahimmanci saboda maye gurbin methyl a matsayi na 2 da 6 yana taimakawa wajen samar da polymerization don samar da sarkar polymer da ake so da kuma rage halayen da ka iya haifar da haɗuwa mai yawa.

3. Ka'idar Reaction: Oxidative Polymerization

Ana yin PPO ne ta hanyar haɗakar oxidative polymerization na 2,6-xylenol. Ba kamar ƙarin polymerization ba, kamar na polyethylene, samuwar PPO ya ƙunshi amsawar oxidation wanda ke haɗa raka'o'in phenol zuwa sarkar polymer tare da masu haɗin ether.

A taƙaice, matakan da aka ɗauka a wannan fanni sune:
1. Kunna monomers ta hanyar abubuwan kara kuzari: ana canza monomers na phenolic zuwa nau'in masu amsawa (phenoxy radicals) a ƙarƙashin yanayin da aka sarrafa.

Kula da tsari yana da matuƙar muhimmanci. Idan amsawar ta yi tsauri sosai, haɗarin haɗuwar haɗin gwiwa na iya ƙara ɗanko sosai kuma ya dagula ci gaba da sarrafawa. Idan ya yi rauni sosai, nauyin ƙwayoyin halitta na iya zama ƙasa, wanda ke haifar da raguwar ƙarfin injina.

4. Matakan Tsarin Samar da PPO a Masana'antu (Bayani na Gabaɗaya)

a) Shiri da Tsarkakewa na Kayan Danye

– Lokacin zama.

Manufar wannan matakin ita ce samar da ruwan polymer ko slurry mai takamaiman nauyin kwayoyin halitta. Kula da zafin amsawar yana da mahimmanci saboda halayen oxidative na iya zama exothermic.

c) Dakatar da Rarrabawa da Raba Mai Haɗawa
Bayan isa ga girman da ake so/nauyin ƙwayoyin halitta, ana dakatar da amsawar (an kashe ta) ta amfani da wani takamaiman wakili. Sannan ana raba ko kashe mai kara kuzari don hana ƙarin iskar shaka wanda zai iya lalata kwanciyar hankali na thermal na polymer.

d) Ruwan polymer da Wankewa
Ana iya fitar da polymers daga ruwan ta amfani da abubuwan da ba su da sinadarai sannan a wanke su don cire sauran monomer, gishirin catalyst, ko wasu gurɓatattun abubuwa. Matakin wankewa yana taimakawa wajen inganta daidaiton launi da aikin lantarki.

e) Busarwa da Tsarin Pellet
Bayan rabuwa, ana busar da PPO don rage yawan iskar da ke cikinsa. Sannan ana sarrafa kayan ta hanyar na'urar fitar da iskar gas zuwa:
- homogenization,
- ƙarin abubuwan ƙari (antioxidants, masu daidaita zafi, masu hana harshen wuta),
– ko kuma haɗawa (misali PPO/PS).
Sakamakon shine ƙwanƙwasa wanda aka shirya don amfani dashi don ƙera allura, fitarwa, ko wasu hanyoyin samar da abubuwa.

5. Me yasa ake yin PPO sau da yawa a cikin nau'in gauraye?

6. Amfani da PPO a Masana'antar Lantarki

Fa'idodin PPO sun fi bayyana a masana'antar lantarki da lantarki saboda haɗakar halayen dielectric, kwanciyar hankali na girma, da juriyar zafi. Ga wasu daga cikin manyan aikace-aikacensa:

a) Akwatin Na'urorin Lantarki da Gidaje
Ana amfani da PPO sosai don kayan aikin da ke buƙatar:
- juriyar zafi na abubuwan ciki,
- kwanciyar hankali mai girma don kiyaye daidaito wajen hawa allon da'ira (PCB) da masu haɗawa,
- keɓancewa ta lantarki don aminci.

Misalai: gidajen adaftar, wasu kayan wutar lantarki, akwatunan auna kayan aiki, da sassan ciki na na'urorin lantarki na gida.

b) Masu haɗawa, Soket, da Kayan Insulator
Abubuwa kamar masu haɗin lantarki, tubalan tashar, bobbins na relay coil, da soket suna buƙatar kayan da ke buƙatar:
- ba ya canza siffar cikin sauƙi lokacin da zafin jiki ya tashi,
- yana da juriya mai ƙarfi ga wutar lantarki,
- juriya ga bin diddigi/baka a ƙarƙashin wasu yanayi (ya danganta da matakin kayan da ƙari).
Sau da yawa ana zaɓar PPO/haɗin PPO saboda ƙarfinsa mai ƙarfi da kuma ikon buga ƙananan bayanai tare da daidaito mai kyau.

c) Sassan Kayan Aikin Sadarwa da Sadarwa
A cikin na'urorin sadarwa da na'urorin sadarwa (na'urorin sadarwa, maɓallan wuta, na'urorin rarrabawa), ana amfani da PPO ga wasu sassan da ke buƙatar:
- juriyar zafi daga ci gaba da aiki,
- kwanciyar hankali na girma don kada tsarin ciki ya karkace,
- juriya ga muhalli (danshi mai dangantaka, bambancin zafin jiki).

d) Kayan Tallafin PCB da Sassan Daidaito
Duk da cewa ba babban kayan PCB ba ne, ana iya amfani da PPO a cikin maƙallan ƙarfe, firam, da kayan haɗin da ke tallafawa PCBs, musamman lokacin da ake buƙatar ƙarancin raguwa da tauri. Sigar da aka ƙarfafa ta fiberglass tana ba da ƙarin kwanciyar hankali, wanda hakan ya sa ya dace da daidaitattun abubuwan haɗin.

e) Aikace-aikace da ke Bukatar Jinkirin Wuta
A masana'antar lantarki, ƙa'idodin tsaron wuta suna da matuƙar muhimmanci. An tsara wasu ma'aunin PPO don biyan buƙatun hana wuta. Tare da tsari mai kyau, ana amfani da PPO akan abubuwan da ke kusa da hanyoyin zafi, kamar ciki na na'urorin lantarki, wasu maƙallan, ko kayayyaki waɗanda ke buƙatar ƙimar aminci.

7. Iyakokin Zane da Abubuwan da Za a Yi La'akari da su

Duk da fa'idodinsa, PPO yana da wasu la'akari:
– Juriya ga wasu sinadarai masu narkewa: wasu sinadarai masu ƙamshi ko kuma sinadarai masu ƙarfi na iya shafar kayan, musamman a wasu sinadarai masu haɗuwa.
– Jinkiri ga damuwar muhalli: ƙirar dole ne ta guji yawan damuwa da ka iya haifar da tsagewa (fashewar damuwa) a wasu yanayi.
– Zaɓin maki: ga kayan lantarki, zaɓar maki tare da ƙarin abubuwa masu dacewa (mai daidaita zafi, mai hana harshen wuta, mai taurare) yana da mahimmanci ga nasarar aikace-aikacen.

8. Kesimpulan

Polyphenylene oxide (PPO) wani robobi ne mai daraja na injiniya wanda aka samar ta hanyar oxidative polymerization na monomer 2,6-xylenol a gaban mai kara kuzari da iskar oxygen. Bayan amsawar, ana raba polymer ɗin, a tsarkake shi, a busar da shi, sannan a yi masa pellet. Sau da yawa ana tsara shi azaman cakuda don sauƙin sarrafawa da aikace-aikacen masana'antu.
