Fahimtar Nau'ikan Hatimai a cikin Injina da Ayyukansu
A duniyar injina—ko a cikin motoci, kayan aiki na masana'antu, ko kayan aikin gida—hatimai (wanda galibi ake kira "hatimin mai," "hatimin roba," ko "hatimin") suna taka muhimmiyar rawa. 2. Zoben O
Zoben O hatimi ne mai siffar zobe (da'ira a giciye) wanda ake amfani da shi sosai saboda yana da sauƙi, araha, kuma yana da tasiri. Zoben O suna aiki a cikin haɗin da ba ya canzawa (mai tsayawa) da kuma mai motsi (mai motsi), ya danganta da ƙirarsu.

3. Gasket

4. Hatimin Inji
Ana amfani da hatimin inji sosai a tsarin da ya shafi shafts masu juyawa da ruwa mai matsi, musamman famfo. Idan aka kwatanta da hatimin mai na gargajiya, hatimin injiniya na iya jure wa yanayi masu wahala da kuma rage zubewa da daidaito sosai.

5. Hatimin Lebe
Duk da cewa galibi ana ɗaukar hatimin mai a matsayin hatimin lebe, hatimin lebe kuma yana iya nufin wasu ƙira na hatimin lebe don takamaiman aikace-aikace, gami da hatimin don yin motsi ko don tsayayya da gurɓatawa.

- Rufe ruwa a kan sandunan/sanduna masu motsi ko juyawa.
– Yana rage shigar da datti.
Amsa:
– Silinda mai amfani da ruwa (hatimin sanda).
– Wasu tsarin dakatarwa.

6. Hatimin ƙura / Hatimin gogewa
Hatimin ƙura, ko hatimin gogewa, yana aiki ne musamman don "goge" datti daga saman sandar/shaft kafin ya shiga babban yankin hatimin. Wannan yana da mahimmanci musamman ga injunan da ke aiki a cikin muhalli mai ƙura, laka, ko danshi.
Babban ayyuka:
– Yana hana ƙura, yashi, ruwa da laka shiga tsarin.
– Yana tsawaita rayuwar babban hatimi da abubuwan ciki (bearings, bushings).
Amsa:
– Silinda masu nauyi na hydraulic.
– Manyan injinan haƙa ma'adinai, injinan haƙa ma'adinai, da kayan aikin hakar ma'adinai.
– Injinan noma.
Rufin ƙura ba lallai bane ya yi tsayayya da matsin lamba na ruwa; abin da suka fi mayar da hankali a kai shi ne kariyar gurɓatawa.
7. Hatimin Rufewa (Rufewa ta Gland)
Hatimin marufi wani nau'in hatimin gargajiya ne da aka saba amfani da shi a famfo ko bawuloli, a cikin nau'in kayan da ke kama da igiya (marufi) wanda aka matse a cikin gidan hatimi (akwatin cikawa).
Babban ayyuka:
– Yana hana zubewa a cikin shaft ɗin famfo ko kuma tushen bawul.
- Ana iya daidaita shi don matsewa lokacin da lalacewa ta faru.
Amsa:
– Tsoffin famfunan masana'antu ko wasu aikace-aikace waɗanda ke buƙatar sauƙin daidaitawa.
– Bawuloli akan tsarin tururi ko wasu ruwaye na tsari.
Hatimin rufewa yawanci yana "ba da damar" ɗan ɓuya don shafawa da sanyaya, ba kamar hatimin injina waɗanda suka fi tauri ba.
8. Mai rufewa (Manna mai rufewa)
Baya ga abubuwan da ake amfani da su a zahiri kamar gaskets da O-rings, akwai kuma masu rufe ruwa/manna (misali RTV silicone) waɗanda ake amfani da su don taimakawa wajen rufewa ko ma maye gurbin gaskets a wasu ƙira.
Babban ayyuka:
- Yana cike pores da kurakuran saman fata.
- Yana ƙara juriyar zubewa a gidajen haɗin flange/cover.
Amsa:
- Wasu murfin injin (murfin lokaci, kwanon mai) akan ƙira na zamani.
– Ƙananan gyare-gyare idan gaskets suna da wahalar samu (har yanzu dole ne a bi shawarwarin masana'anta).
Dole ne marufin da aka yi amfani da shi ya zama daidai adadin da nau'insa, domin marufin da ya wuce kima zai iya fitowa ya toshe hanyar mai.
Alamomin Hatimin da ke da Matsala da Tasirinsa
Wasu daga cikin alamun da ke nuna cewa hatimin ya fara karyewa sun haɗa da:
– Man fetur yana zubewa a cikin shaft ko yankin haɗin.
– Injin yana zafi da sauri (idan ruwan sanyaya ya ɓuya).
– Ƙamshin mai mai ƙonewa (mai yana digawa a kan abubuwan zafi).
– Yawan raguwar mai/sanyi a matakin mai akai-akai.
– Sauti mara kyau yana faruwa saboda rashin isasshen man shafawa.

Nasihu don Zaɓar Hatimin Da Ya Dace
Domin hatimin ya yi aiki da kyau, kula da waɗannan masu zuwa:
1. Girman daidaitacce (na ciki, na waje, da kauri) dole ne su kasance daidai da ƙa'idodi.
2. Dole ne kayan ya dace da ruwan da zafin aiki.
3. Yanayin shaft/fuskar dole ne ya kasance mai santsi kuma ba ya lalacewa.
