Menene Tsarin Gudanar da Injin da Ayyukansa?

A duniyar motoci ta zamani, motoci ba sa dogara ne kawai da kayan aikin injiniya kamar carburetors, distributors, ko sarrafa hannu don sarrafa aikin injin. Fahimtar Tsarin Gudanar da Injin

Yadda EMS ke aiki za a iya bayyana shi kawai a matsayin zagayowar mai zuwa:
1. Na'urar firikwensin tana karanta yanayi: misali zafin injin, adadin iskar da ke shigowa, matsayin matsi, yawan iskar oxygen a cikin iskar shaka.
2. ECU tana sarrafa bayanai: ECU tana kwatanta bayanan firikwensin da taswirar/daidaitawa (taswira) a cikin ƙwaƙwalwa.

4. Mai kunna wutar yana aiwatar da umarnin: mai allurar yana fesa mai, na'urar tana samar da walƙiya, injin lantarki yana motsawa, da sauransu.

Ayyukan Tsarin Gudanar da Injin

Ga manyan ayyukan tsarin kula da injina a cikin motocin zamani:

1. Daidaita Rabon Iska da Man Fetur
Ɗaya daga cikin muhimman ayyukan EMS shine tantance daidaitaccen rabon iska da mai don yanayin injin. Wannan cakuda ba koyaushe yake daidai ba. Lokacin da injin ya yi sanyi, yawanci ana buƙatar cakuda mai yawa (ƙarin mai). Lokacin tafiya a kan gudu mai kyau, cakuda yana da rahusa don inganci.

Tare da taimakon na'urori masu auna sigina kamar MAF/MAP, TPS, IAT, musamman na'urar auna sigina ta O2, ECU na iya sarrafa na'urorin da ke shigar da mai don tabbatar da cewa an isar da yawan mai da ake buƙata. Sakamakon haka shine ƙarin ƙonewa gaba ɗaya, ingantaccen amfani da mai, da kuma ƙarancin hayaki.

2. Daidaita lokacin kunna wuta
Baya ga mai, lokacin kunna wuta kuma yana da matuƙar muhimmanci wajen ƙayyade ƙarfi da inganci. EMS yana tsara lokacin da ya kamata a kunna fitilar ta hanyar:
- RPM na Injin
- Nauyin injin
– Zafin injin

Idan lokacin kunna wuta ya yi da wuri ko kuma ya yi latti, wutar lantarki na iya raguwa, injin zai yi zafi da sauri, ko kuma ya haifar da ƙwanƙwasawa. Tare da na'urar firikwensin ƙwanƙwasa, ECU na iya gano alamun fashewar da kuma gyara lokacin don kiyaye injin lafiya da ƙarfi.

3. Daidaita Saurin Rage Rage (Sarrafa Saurin Rage Rage)
Idan aka tsayar da abin hawa amma injin yana aiki, EMS yana kiyaye saurin aiki mai kyau. Wannan tsarin yana daidaita iska da mai don hana injin tsayawa kwatsam a ƙarƙashin ƙarin kaya, kamar lokacin da aka kunna na'urar sanyaya daki, fitilun suna kunne, ko lokacin da aka kunna sitiyarin wutar lantarki.

A wasu motoci, ana yin wannan aikin ta hanyar amfani da Bawul ɗin Kula da Iska na Idle (IACV). A kan motocin da ke amfani da waya, ECU tana sarrafa buɗewar lantarki kai tsaye.

4. Sarrafa hayaki da Tallafawa Ka'idojin Muhalli
EMS tana taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen rage fitar da hayaki. Tare da ingantaccen tsarin sarrafa konewa, ana iya rage matakan CO, HC, da NOx. Bugu da ƙari, EMS yawanci ana haɗa shi da tsarin kamar:
- EGR (Sake zagayowar iskar gas mai shaye-shaye) don rage NOx
- Mai canza catalytic wanda ke aiki da kyau idan cakuda konewa ya dace
– Tsarin EVAP don hana fitar da tururin mai zuwa iska

Ka'idojin fitar da hayaki na zamani kamar Euro 4, Euro 5, da Euro 6 sun dogara sosai kan ikon EMS na kiyaye ƙonewa mai kyau da kuma bayan an yi masa magani.

5. Saita Siffofin Kariyar Injin
EMS kuma yana aiki a matsayin kariya daga injin. Idan ECU ta gano wata matsala ta rashin lafiya, tana iya ɗaukar matakan kariya, kamar:
- Iyakance RPM (mai iyakancewa)
- Yana rage ƙarfi (yanayin rage gudu) idan mahimman na'urori masu auna sigina suna da matsala
- Daidaita cakuda idan zafin injin ya yi yawa
– Kashe wasu sassan idan akwai haɗarin lalacewa

Manufar ita ce a hana yaduwar lalacewar kuma har yanzu ana iya kai motar zuwa shagon gyaran lafiya.

6. Inganta Aikin Injin da Amsawa
Tare da ingantaccen sarrafawa, EMS na iya inganta amsawar maƙurar iska, kula da ƙarfin juyi a cikin nau'ikan juyawa, da kuma samar da saurin gudu mai santsi. Wasu motocin kuma suna da yanayin tuƙi (Eco, Normal, Sport) waɗanda ke canza yanayin injin ta hanyar canza taswirar ECU.

A cikin motocin da aka yi amfani da turbocharged, EMS ya fi mahimmanci saboda dole ne ya tsara:
- matsin lamba mai ƙarfi (solenoid mai hana sharar gida/ƙarfafawa),
- lokacin ƙonewa,
- samar da mai,
don haka babban iko ya kasance lafiya daga bugawa da kuma ƙara yawan aiki.

7. Yana Ba da Bayanin Ganewa da Laifuka (OBD)
Wani aiki mai matuƙar taimako shine ikon gano cutar. EMS tana adana bayanai da lambobin matsala na ganewar asali (DTCs) lokacin da na'urar firikwensin ko tsarin ya lalace. Wannan shine abin da ke haifar da hasken Duba Injin. Tare da na'urar daukar hoto ta OBD, masu fasaha za su iya karanta waɗannan lambobin don hanzarta magance matsalar.

KARANTA  Yadda ake auna matsi na injin

Bugu da ƙari, wasu tsarin kuma suna adana bayanai game da "tsarin daskarewa", wanda shine yanayin injin lokacin da kuskuren ya faru (RPM, zafin jiki, nauyin injin), don ganewar asali ta fi daidai.

Muhimman Na'urori Masu Sauƙi a Tsarin Gudanar da Inji

Domin yin aiki yadda ya kamata, EMS ya dogara ne akan nau'ikan na'urori masu auna firikwensin daban-daban. Wasu daga cikin waɗanda aka fi sani sune:
- Na'urar firikwensin iskar oxygen (O2/Lambda): tana auna yawan iskar oxygen da ke cikin iskar shaƙa don gyara gauraye.
- Mai auna MAP/MAF: yana auna matsin lamba ko iska mai yawa.
– TPS (Firikwensin Matsayi na Maƙulli): yana karanta matsayin buɗewar maƙulli.
– ECT (Zafin Sanyaya Injin): yana karanta zafin na'urar sanyaya/injin.
- IAT (Zafin Iskar da ake Sha): yana karanta zafin iskar da ake sha.
– Na'urar firikwensin matsayi na crankshaft/camshaft: tana tantance matsayin crankshaft da camshaft, mai mahimmanci don allura da lokacin kunna wuta.
– Na'urar firikwensin ƙwanƙwasa: tana gano ƙwanƙwasa/fashewa.

Da zarar an kammala bayanan da aka samu, to ECU din zai iya sarrafa injin daidai.

Kammalawa

Tsarin Gudanar da Inji (EMS) tsarin sarrafa lantarki ne wanda ke daidaita aikin injin ta atomatik ta hanyar ECU, firikwensin, da masu kunna wutar lantarki. Babban ayyukansa sun haɗa da daidaita cakuda iska da mai, lokacin kunna wuta, daidaita aiki ba tare da aiki ba, sarrafa hayaki, kariyar injin, inganta aiki, da kuma iyawar gano OBD. Tare da EMS, motoci suna ƙara amfani da mai, ƙarfi, da santsi, yayin da suke cika ƙa'idodin hayaki mai tsauri.

Idan kuna so, zan iya ƙirƙirar sigar fasaha ta labarin (misali tattauna madauki mai rufewa, gyaran mai, taswirar ECU, da yanayin limp) ko sigar mafi sauƙi ga masu farawa, kamar yadda ake buƙata.
