Dabaru na Electrophoresis a fannin Biochemistry

1. Gel na Agarose Electrophoresis

Ana amfani da electrophoresis na gel na Agarose wajen raba sinadarin nucleic acid kamar DNA da RNA. Gel na Agarose yana samar da matrix mai manyan ramuka, wanda ya dace da raba kwayoyin nucleotide bisa girmansu. Wannan tsari yawanci ana yinsa ne a tsaka-tsakin pH tare da wani abu mai kariya kamar TAE (Tris-acetate-EDTA) ko TBE (Tris-borate-EDTA).

2. Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SHAFI)

Capillary electrophoresis wata dabara ce ta zamani da ke amfani da ƙananan ƙwayoyin halitta don raba ƙwayoyin halitta. Tana ba da babban ƙuduri da saurin rabuwa fiye da hanyoyin gel na gargajiya. Ana amfani da CE sau da yawa don nazarin ƙananan ƙwayoyin halitta, amino acid, peptides, da nucleotides.
