Tsarin Lissafi don Kula da Tsarin Samarwa

Kula da tsarin samarwa shine zuciyar ayyukan masana'antu. Ya ƙunshi muhimman shawarwari: nawa za a tsara samarwa, lokacin da za a gudanar da injuna, yadda za a sarrafa kaya, yadda za a tabbatar da inganci mai daidaito, da kuma yadda za a rage farashi da ɓata lokaci. 3. Jadawalin aiki: ware aiki ga injuna da ma'aikata tare da lokutan farawa da ƙarewa.
4. Kula da inganci: kiyaye bambancin tsari a cikin iyakokin sarrafawa.
5. Inganta farashi: rage farashin saitawa, aiki, ajiya, da jinkiri.

2. Abubuwan Asali na Tsarin Samarwa

Gabaɗaya samfurin lissafi don samarwa ya ƙunshi:

– Ma'aunin yanke shawara: adadi da za a iya sarrafawa, misali adadin samarwa a kowane lokaci, adadin ma'aikata, matakan kaya.
– Sigogi: bayanai da ake ɗauka a matsayin waɗanda aka gyara ko aka sani, misali buƙata, farashin samarwa, ƙarfin injin.
– Takamaiman ƙa'idodi: iyakokin da dole ne a cika, misali matsakaicin ƙarfin injin, lokutan aiki, manufofin sabis.
– Aikin manufa: ma'aunin da za a rage ko a ƙara girmansa, misali jimillar kuɗaɗe ko riba.

A matsayin misali mai sauƙi, idan kamfani yana son rage farashin samarwa da adanawa a tsawon lokaci da dama, to canjin shawara zai iya zama adadin da ake samarwa a kowane lokaci, yayin da ƙuntatawa suka haɗa da buƙatar abokin ciniki da ƙarfin samarwa.

3. Tsarin Tsarin Samarwa na Jigilar Kayayyaki

Tsarin tattara bayanai na jimillar bayanai yana mai da hankali kan yanke shawara a matakin matsakaici: nawa ne jimlar yawan bayanai da za a samar a kowane lokaci don biyan buƙata a mafi ƙarancin farashi. Sau da yawa ana amfani da wannan samfurin a tsawon lokaci na wata-wata ko na mako-mako.

4. Samfuran Kayayyaki: EOQ da Nau'ikansa

Ɗaya daga cikin shahararrun samfuran lissafi a fannin sarrafa samarwa shine Yawan Tsarin Tattalin Arziki (EOQ). Duk da cewa an yi shi ne da farko don yin odar kaya, EOQ yana da mahimmanci ga samarwa saboda yana da alaƙa da girman rukuni mai rahusa.

5. Tsarin Tsara Ayyuka da Ingantawa

Da zarar an kammala shirin, ƙalubalen da ke gaba shine tsara jadawalin aiki: jerin ayyukan da ake yi a kan na'urori, rarraba ma'aikata, da kuma lokutan sarrafawa. Matsalolin tsara jadawalin aiki da yawa suna da rikitarwa (har ma da NP-mai wahala), amma samfuran lissafi suna da mahimmanci don nemo mafi kyawun mafita ko kusan mafi kyau.

Misali: ana iya tsara jadawalin aiki akan na'ura ɗaya don rage lokacin kammalawa (makespan) ta amfani da masu canjin jeri. A cikin tsarin na'urori da yawa, kamfanoni galibi suna amfani da wannan hanyar:
- Shirye-shiryen Layi (LP) don matsalolin layi
– Tsarin Shirye-shiryen Integer (IP/MILP) idan shawarar ta kasance daban (misali injin A ko B, eh/a'a)
- Heuristics da metaheuristics (algorithm na kwayoyin halitta, kwaikwayon annealing) ga manyan shari'o'i

A cikin masana'antu na gaske, galibi ana amfani da haɗin MILP da heuristics: MILP don babban ɓangaren matsalar, sannan heuristics don hanzarta daidaita jadawalin idan akwai matsala.

6. Tsarin Kula da Inganci: Kula da Tsarin Kididdiga (SPC)

Kula da inganci kuma yana da tushe mai ƙarfi na lissafi. Tsarin da aka saba amfani da shi shine jadawalin sarrafawa, wanda ke sa ido kan ko wani tsari ya kasance mai karko a kididdiga ko kuma ya fita daga iko.

Misali, ga samfurin ma'auni (taswirar X-sanduna):
