Haɗin Tsakanin Molecular: Ka'idoji da Aikace-aikace

A matakin kwayoyin halitta, nau'ikan haɗin gwiwa daban-daban da ke faruwa tsakanin kwayoyin halitta suna taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen tantance halayen zahiri da sinadarai na abubuwa. Nau'ikan Haɗin Tsakanin Molekula

1. Haɗin Hydrogen:
Haɗin hydrogen yana ɗaya daga cikin mahimman nau'ikan haɗin kai tsakanin ƙwayoyin halitta. Yana faruwa ne lokacin da kwayar hydrogen, wacce aka haɗa ta da kwayar electronegative kamar nitrogen, oxygen, ko fluorine, ta kusanci wata kwayar electronegative a cikin kwayar maƙwabta. Misali na gargajiya na haɗin hydrogen yana cikin kwayar ruwa (H₂O), inda kwayar hydrogen daga kwayar ruwa ɗaya ta samar da haɗin hydrogen tare da kwayar oxygen daga wata kwayar ruwa. Wannan yana haifar da yanayin polar na kwayar ruwa, wanda ke ba ruwa damar tafasa da narkewa sosai da kuma ikonsa na narkar da abubuwa da yawa.

2. Ƙarfin Van der Waals:
Sojojin Van der Waals ƙarfi ne da ke faruwa tsakanin ƙwayoyin da ba sa da alaƙa da polar ko tsaka-tsaki. Ana iya raba waɗannan ƙarfin zuwa manyan rukuni biyu: ƙarfin warwatsewa (Rundunar Warwatse ta London) da kuma ƙarfin dipole-dipole.

- Ƙarfin Watsawa:
Waɗannan ƙarfin suna faruwa ne sakamakon canjin lokaci na rarrabawar electrons a cikin kwayar zarra ko kwayar halitta, wanda ke haifar da samuwar dipole na wucin gadi. Waɗannan ƙarfin suna da matuƙar amfani, ma'ana suna faruwa a cikin dukkan ƙwayoyin halitta, duka na polar da waɗanda ba na polar ba. - Ƙarfin dipole-dipole:
Waɗannan ƙarfin suna faruwa ne tsakanin ƙwayoyin polar waɗanda ke da lokutan dipole na dindindin. Ƙarfin waɗannan ƙarfin ya dogara ne akan girman lokacin dipole da kuma yanayin ƙwayoyin dangane da juna. Misalin ƙarfin dipole-dipole shine ƙarfin da ke tsakanin ƙwayoyin acetone (CH₃COCH₃).

3. Ƙarfin ion-dipole:
Ƙarfin ion-dipole yana faruwa tsakanin ions da ƙwayoyin polar. Waɗannan ƙarfin suna da mahimmanci musamman a cikin ruwan ionic, kamar gishirin da aka narkar a cikin ruwa. Ions suna sa ƙwayoyin ruwa da ke kewaye su juya ta yadda ƙarshen da ke caji ke jawo hankalin juna.

Haɗin Hydrophobic sune ƙarfin da ke tilasta ƙwayoyin da ba na polar ba su haɗu a cikin ruwa don rage mu'amala mara kyau da ƙwayoyin ruwa. Amfani da Haɗin Tsakanin Molecular

Haɗin tsakanin molecular yana taka muhimmiyar rawa a cikin abubuwan halitta daban-daban da aikace-aikacen fasaha, gami da:

1. Tsarin Ruwa da Halayensa:
Kamar yadda aka ambata a baya, haɗin hydrogen a cikin ƙwayoyin ruwa yana ba ruwa halaye na musamman. Ikonsa na yin aiki a matsayin mai narkewa na duniya da kuma kiyaye yanayin zafi mai kyau na muhalli yana da matuƙar muhimmanci ga rayuwa a Duniya.

2. Ilimin Halittar Kwayoyin Halitta:
A fannin ilmin halitta, haɗin hydrogen yana da matuƙar muhimmanci ga samuwar tsarin sunadarai na biyu da na uku. Tsarin alpha helix da beta sheet a cikin furotin ana kiyaye su ta hanyar haɗin hydrogen. 3. Magani:

5. Fasahar Nano:
